You are responsible to provide an accurate delivery address and contact numbers to ensure a prompt delivery of ordered products or services. Delivery will be done after confirming the availability of the recipient via telephone. The quality of the delivery service lies with our business partner, however, we would intervene to the maximum of our capacity in the event of an issue with our delivery partner. TENDANCE does not take responsibility if the parcel is not being accepted by the Customer.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment and delivered via the selected carrier.
International Orders usually take around 3-5 working days after receipt of payment for the order. Delays may occur due to package transits at Customs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed at separate times and shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. When your orders are handed over to the delivery agent, TENDANCE will ensure that they are appropriately packed to avoid any damage during transportation.
Customs duty clearance or tax is not included in the payment. TENDANCE is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments and these are the responsibility of the purchaser and will have to be paid to the Courier Service Agent upon collection of the package at the final delivery destination.
TENDANCE strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appears to be irregularities regarding any order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.
We have a strict no cancellation or refund policy. Therefore, once your order is processed and payment is completed, the decision is final.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges once purchased.
